James Southward began his knowledge of construction and homes in the late 70's the 'old fashion way', by digging ditches. James rapidly moved his way up and became the lead builder with Chrisco Construction in Orange County in 1981. By 1982 James had acquired his own California CSLB General Contractors License which he acquired prior to attending California State University, Chico where he obtained a BS in Business Administration in 1989.
The primary focus of James' construction has been in residential new construction, room additions and complete home remodels.
As an InterNACHI certified home inspector, James has been trained to communicate his findings to his clients in a concise and friendly manner, and follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
